Pyramyd Air Shipping

I have an order for pellets that have been on back order since November. PA wants to ship them now but I’m in Florida for the winter and they will ship them to my NY address of which I have forwarded all USPS mail to Florida.

What shipping carrier does PA use for pellets ?. If it’s USPS I will have to cancel the order and I don’t want to do that.

Everything I have gotten from Pyramyd has been via Fedex, better call it Fedslow. Last year they lost a HW75, it never showed as leaving the Fedex terminal, and everything else has gone back and forth between Solon and Grove City Ohio Fedex points a couple of times before making it south. This is not a one time occurance but 4-5 times. Good Luck.
