Pyramyd air is alright in my book

As some of you may know, I was having issues with my Diana 460 magnum I bought from Pyramyd air the beginning of this year. Along with the problems, I made a HUGE mistake buying a magnum springer. I was just not good at shooting it at all. I placed it in the classifieds a few times here with no bites, so I finally decided to contact pyramyd air and see what they could do for me.
let me first say that, other than what I thought might be a bent barrel, pyramyd air really didn’t need to do ANYTHING for me, as I was out of the 90 day send it back thingy they do.
so anyway, I emailed them and told them the problems I was having along with my dissatisfaction with the rifle in general. They promptly returned my email asking me to send in the gun under warranty (postage paid) and they would repair it or replace it depending what they found. Of course, this wasn’t good enough for me, because I really just didn’t want the rifle any more. I again expressed my dissatisfaction for the rifle, and that I was wondering if they could do any sort of exchange for something different. I honestly wasn’t expecting much. They could have told me to pound sand, but they again promptly responded, and agreed to exchange it for something different.
again, as some of you may know, I was eying up the beeman R9 being the same price as the 460, and being much easier to shoot. However, they had no stock, and they were unsure when they would get them in. I’m a sucker for not wanting to wait for anything, so I decided to upgrade a little. I paid the extra and now have a tx200hc on its way. I’m very happy with my choice, and even more happy with pyramyd air that they would agree to exchange my rifle (for a full refund btw) and to do it so quickly and painlessly.
I know this year hasn’t been easy on them, and I’ve complained in the past on how slow some of their shipping was for other things I have bought, but they now have my business for all my airgun needs from here on out. The customer service I received is worth it alone!

I've had both bad and good luck with Pyramyd.

Been hung up on, been treated like a 5th grader. Interesting that I'm a retired Aerospace, Mechanical Engineer with a good background in powder fired weapons and a still learning, but some knowledge in airguns.

But...I've also had very good luck. Albeit with only a single person, this person has good knowledge, and backs up what he says. If he doesn't have an answer, rather than just blowing me off with an obvious B.S. answer, he actually goes and finds the answer. Even if it takes till the next day.

I'll see how things go. They have a few things that I need all in one phone call. Rather than call the guy that I know, I'll just call, and talk to whomever I get, and see how it goes.
