I just received the new P.A. catalog,if it showed "In Stock" items,it would have been a pamphlet.

Only in-stock from my order was that putty, though glad they allowed current discount on backorder items. Def a helps and a big plus.

Haven't had any problems from their customer support, though maybe because I also shop selectively. Spread the love around to vendors/stores/people where purchase makes sense for item/prices. Not all items are priced high or that are avail at other places. Depends what your looking for obviously. Can't go wrong with %off plus free shipping, esp at PyramydAir (if find what you need).

Pretty much useless without a ton of stock. Might be OK for an airgun assuming they have not excluded or changed price on those. You could die of old age waiting for their pellet backorders. They got me last week. I put in an email notification on some JSB pellets. They sent me an email my pellets were in stock. I placed the order less than 5 minutes after the email came through and it showed up "out of stock overdue". Right "overdue" minutes after they sold out a shipment. They must get a few people who go ahead and leave the preorder. I cancelled immediately.

I have had very good service from Pyramid over a half dozen orders. Pellets sell out, especially the popular ones. If you wait until your supply is low or non existant, then you are taking a gamble. Order pellets before you absolutely need them, then back orders won't matter.

@darkskyy, I just picked four tins of the 14.3 gr. Crosman Premiers at Tractor Supply store at $8.99 per tin today. Check to see if you have any store locally.
