Pyramyd Air didn't send a complete order

For those who read the original post I had, after taking some time to cool off, I had to edit this.

Made an order through Pyramyd Air and only got a part of it today.

In the interest of being fair, I need to figure out what happened here.

On my Avenger order they did not perform the "10 for 10" I paid for . Received rifle Dec 14 and still awaiting refund they agreed to...unusual call volume they claim is reason they are so behind.
