They have been rock solid for me for last 4 years. CV-19 affected them like everyone else and some quality control issues came up that I read about from other members here and there. But I never had an issue personally. Not with order accuracy , packing , warranty or returns. all has been good. That's been my experience. however , some other will maybe differ.

Have done thousands of dollars of business with PA annually for several years. They are top notch, before and after the sale. Fortunately, most of the vendors that serve this forum are terrific and can be totally trusted from my personal experience, including AOA, Utah Airguns, RX Targets, Ken Hicks at SPAW, Straight Shooters, and I am certain many others.

Years of doing business with pyramid and only one poorly packed pellet order. And that was during the worst of the COVID19 shut downs. Considering they seem to own the US airgun business the service is fantastic.

I will probably never buy pellets from them again. I explained that several were beat up tins that had shipped out of Utah, not Ohio, and a torn box.
