Unfortunately, the code doesn't work on anything I was interested in. So much for 20% off ALL Refurbs, it only works on those item that aren't excluded from coupon codes, which is quite a few of what they are offering!

Either this isn't fully set up internally at PA, or more likely for most things you might be interested in the coupon doesn't work. Even items which don't say 'Excluded from Coupons' in the description.

My whole thing is, if the code only works on a select few refurbs, then say that, not Extra 20% off ALL Refurbs, because that's a lie!

this is one of the rare times what i was looking at was available with the coupon (av compressor). in the past this has not been included in their coupon codes. wonder if they forgot to flag it this time. there were two the other also sold

a filter to only show items the promotion applies to would be nice.
i'm guessing this is a purposeful marketing ploy to get you to look at items not on sale, and possibly purchase

I don't know if this would happen in all cases or if it even helps, but I went to order a refurb gun from the website this morning and got the message "...Items in shopping cart do not qualify...".
I called PA about it, they apologized that it was a mistake, took my visa, and sent me a receipt reflecting the extra 20% discount. I also got 60 day money back guarantee and 1 year limited warranty..
No problem and I'm pretty psyched to get a gun I've been waiting along time for that's been out of stock. Can't go wrong I guess.

It seems like PA 'fixed' their promo.
I tested this morning and was still getting 'items in cart do not qualify.' Went into Chat, and response I got is 'it says there are restrictions'.
When I tried again later in the day, the coupon WORKED for an item where it had not worked before, yesterday or this morning.
So if interested in anything CHECK AGAIN and the coupon may now work for it (although seemingly not for everything for some reason).

It is a good thing, an Air Venturi compresser had 1200 refurb price so refurb discount price got down to 1000 range which is a great deal. But -ve comments pulled me to go Yong Heng! I mean all compressors break, might as well get a proven low ball than a suspect mid level!
