A big thank you to Ruth at Pyramid. I had ordered parts for my AV 4500 compressor. They never showed up. Fedx said they had delivered the package 2 weeks ago, no where to be seen or found. Called customer service, they said due to the time involved I would have to file a claim with Fedx. I still needed the parts so I reordered them. Half way through the order Ruth said she remembered the order. Ruth said she would check into it and see what she could. Well the next day I received an email from Pyramid, sad the parts were reshipped, no charge! THANK YOU RUTH!
