Putting a Sling on Daystate Wolverine - Carbon Air Bottle

Has anyone put a sling on a Daytstate Wolverine with CF air bottle?

I installed Uncle Mike sling studs on my son's Wolverine last night. It went fine with one on butt stock and the other about 2.5" from the end of the fore stock. However, the balance is pretty bad with that top sling so far down (toward the trigger guard). It would be much better if there was a sling that could be mounted over the shroud or the CF bottle. Anyone ever do this?
Thanks
Roy

Yeah, bottle guns are terrible to carry with a sling. You are constantly fighting them. On my Royale I moved the front sling stud forward of the bottle via a piece of metal. Not much to look at but helps to keep the rifle from rotating back behind my shoulder. On my Wolverine I carry it muzzle down. Well I did sold it, I only have one bottle gun left. I went totally bullpub, due to ease of handling and carrying. I personally will never buy another bottle gun, If I ever buy another rifle it will be a tube.

I Don't know if a shotgun "loop style" sling would work by putting over the shroud? My son may just have to carry it with a hand on the rifle to keep it tipping back.

I did find a circular band made in the UK for bottles. But I don't like the appearance, sort of like an oil filter removal tool without the handle.

I love the Daystate Wolverine and especially the Air Wolf MCT, but I've also determined no more bottles for me. I like the more sleek tubes. If I didn't have the ability to fill my own tubes the bottle would be more practical.

Thanks
