I picked this scope at the toys That Shoot Show yesterday. I like how it looks and it sighted in very well in my basement range.

Arguably one of the best sporters ever made. Coupled with a Japanese made “short scope”, designed by Dr Robert Beeman ( I believe). Great combo. Old school at its best. Enjoy!

Yes, I would agree with all of the above. That is an excellent set up. Hard to believe but I’ve never owned an R8. I still have quite a few of the beeman Scopes mounted on rifles.

That's a beautiful combo! I was at Findlay and totally woulda grabbed that scope if I'd seen it first!
It's hard for me to understand why there aren't similar small optics on the market today. They are truly ideal for airguns - more capable than an aperture sight, and lighter than most other scopes.
