PSA - Aeon Scopes

Late to the party but I'm sure I'm not the only one. Just realized yesterday Aeon went out of business; so now I have a 1 pound paper weight. I found out the parallax wouldn't focus past 50 yards when I was getting my deer rifle ready for this season. Bought this scope used about a year ago and it worked perfectly. Not sure why the scope's parallax stopped working. This only makes me think if my other scope's warranty is worthless if the company goes belly up. I have Blackhounds, Hawke, US Optics, Aztec, Discovery, UTG, and Bushnell off the top of my head. I think I'll repurpose this scope as a club to check my tires on my trailer. Any other ideas will be welcomed

I agree with that. I have other scopes including Hawkes, and the Arken beats them all.

You have nothing to lose, so try to take the parallax turret apart and see if there is a set screw or some such that has backed out.
Sometimes they use a threaded collar to hold the turret assembly to the arrangement that actually adjusts the focus, maybe it loosened up?

I was an Aeon supporter until I tried to get one replaced/repaired under warranty. I threw three of them away and replaced them with Element and Vortex glass. No issues.
