Protecting my nuts!

 in the past 2 weeks I have shot 14 squirrels in my Pecan tree, this morning I swapped my .25 barrel for a .177. Kills them just as dead!

Same here. I've dropped 20+ this year and now I have Pecans again...until Nicolas came through here and blew a TON of them out of the trees. Really a bummer.

Well done, and I agree 17 is much more appropriate for taking those shots up in the air. Still has plenty of steam with a well-placed shot.

Nice!!! I've gotten 4 of them in the past 2 weeks with my Air Arms S400 FAC. Haven't shot it in a long while so when I broke it out to eradicate the squirrels it has got me excited about air guns once again. Now I'm feeling I need a new one!

Haha my no doubt malfunctioning brain went strait to replaying the old Kid Creole and the coconuts track " dont take my coconuts" even if i am sure your nuts are not that size.

PaulnTexas, when they pluck a pecan, they sit still on a branch to eat. That's when they get nailed!

Any time they sit still long enough for me to get crosshairs on their beady little eyes they get nailed!!!!!!
