RTI Prophet II Leaking Air Out the Chamber - Again

This is the 3rd time now over a couple of years....My Prophet II slowly emptied the tank after firing a round. I fixed it the first time with some new parts from the factory. Happened again less than a year later. Some silicone oil drops into the guts with the tank removed fixed it for about a month, now, it won't hold air at all.

On the first failure, they sent me an extra newly designed part that was supposed to fix it, but I can't remember what it was called. Black colored, fairly long. I would like to completely rebuild the guts this time, all new seals, O-Rings etc that should be replaced.


Any suggestions on what to ask for from the factory to fix this as close to permanently as can be done?

So you are in-touch with the folks whom built the PII - RTI? Um, I'd say you have already done the leg work on your end for what the fix is from RTI. The only thing I can say is maybe something has some manufacturing junk or debris in there. But, I'd assume you already checked that when installing the replacement part. Regardless, keep working with RTI, I have heard great things about their customer service.

I don't understand what your specific problem with the Prophet II is, likely another bent valve. Rok is very helpful, particularly if you can dissasemble and photograph the parts involved.
