PRod o ring size-

I thought I had every o ring for this gun. Even the initial captain o ring kit I bought when I was a newb doesn’t carry this one. Was wondering why my prod would go down 5 bar every three weeks since new. Finally saw the air bubbles coming out the male foster fill-

I have a feeling it’s a DURO 90, probably polyurethane. I do not remember seeing it in the parts diagrams, unless I missed it.

The only way to remove it is to slice it off and I don’t want to do that till I have new ones on hand. If anyone knows the size let me know, along with the type and durometer rating if known. Thank you much

-006 in 70 or 90 durometer. Buna-N works perfectly for check valves. Polyurethane offers no meaningful benefit.

Check for a burr or hanging metal sliver down in the bore. I’ve seen it on guns in the low, medium, and high price brackets. If the general surface finish is poor, that may need to be dressed with a Cratex bit or wet sanding.

I do not think that is an o-ring. I believe it is nylon and is replaced as a complete part: 37c….1761-106…I also think that is the part in the fill valve that clicks when the air in your pistol and that of the filling source are similar..

I have replaced them before, sometimes they are better, sometimes not. The last one I did is still holding air. Just used regular hardware store stuff.

Thanks, all. I’ve got the foster fitting back together and gun pressurized to see if it leaks. I’ve heard one too many times a bit of something getting in that tunnel can cause leaks. I cleaned it up as best I could and lathered that seal with a light coat of silicone grease to see what becomes. In the meantime I’ll order the 006 o rings
