Prod / Marauder Pistol likes 22 Cal Meisterkugeln Standard 14.0 gr the best - Other options to consider?

My Prod / Praud / P-Rod / P-Raud / Marauder Pistol likes 22 Cal Meisterkugeln Standard 14.0 gr the best out of the dozen I have to test. It does not like CPHP unfortunately. The Meisters, unsorted, usually produce 10 shot groups at 20 yards with all rounds touching which amazes me considering how light the Prod is. It seems like just breathing on it makes it move on my bench rest setup.

Are there any other pellets out there with higher odds of performing similarly to the Meisterkuglens in accuracy? I am paying 2.8 cents each for the Meister 22s, so not too excited about going over the 4 cent / round price level, which I am sure will limit the options....but might go even higher if they are outstanding!

H&N FTT 14.66 5.53 are the most accurate in my P-rod. One ragged hole at 30 yards. If you haven't already, give them a try

Ditto what Calbarry said H&N FTT 5.53mm are the best in my P-rod also.

I agree with the FTTs but do not remember the specific head size. I assume the same as others.

For what it is worth, my P-rod also shoots the Meisterkugeln wadcutters very well. Basically the same as the FTT at 20 yards. At longer distances the wadcutters start to open up a bit. I think it was around 27 yards where I noticed a difference.

Thanks for the additional information Scouty! I haven't shot the Meisterkugeln past 25 yards yet. Now I am curious....

My Prod likes JSB RS 13 & 14gr domed shoots both of these very accurately, just ask the rats I snipe! LOL!

something to try are the crosman plain dome 14s .. theyre not very common to see on a shelf and alot more accurate than crosman hp's in any gun ive tried them in ...

My Prod shoots Crosman domed or hollow point OK but really likes H&N FTT copper plated. Didn't like the plain FTTs I tried but I'm not sure I tried both head diameters.

These ended up being the most accurate I have tried in my Prod / Marauder Pistol. Thanks again to all for the suggestions.
