Problem with the Forum

Hello Forum Moderators,

When I click on "Forums" in the main header ( black bar ) it use to load "Forum List", but now it loads "Threads". How can I change this back?

Like Thomas, I'm also irked by the new hoop to jump through. I did figure out how to negotiate the hoop once I noticed the little 'Forum list' icon; but am still irked to have to seek that out every time I want to browse the forums.

Pretty sure T and I aren't the only irked members.

The solution is stickied at the top of the feed and in the notification you closed without reading.

"Threads" Feed & "Dark" Mode

If you missed the large red Notice at the top of the home page... If you dismissed the Notice you can revert back to a traditional "Forum List" view, and/or Light mode click your Avatar > Account (person with cog wheel) > Preferences.

I though that somehow I did something wrong, and that is far from unusual

But I see now that it's the new normal, yup i will try set it back to the previous settings as soon as I get a chance.

I have tried that and it only works one time. When I go to a new post and try again, it reverts back to Thread.

This should fix it

click on your name then scroll to settings . under settings click on preferences / use up/down then click on forums list . i think that is what i remember ? post #12 is correct

I don't understand why these computer &$%# make any change and make it the DEFAULT, why not offer it as an option. Don't ( force ) the customer/user to mess with this ......

Are you suggesting or inferring technology doesn't always work like it should? Or suggesting or inferring IT techs might sometimes... occasionally... rarely lack design foresight? Naw; couldn't be (either).

not default ..hope that's it
also the change the default feed to Forum list
