If you have all of this mods ... it shuld work.
One thing to start with ... I recomend you measure your plenum volume.
As I do power kits to, the only thing I can think of is plenum volume since this looks like my experiments with plenum volumes in past.
In .30 all my kits do 125 - 130bar with 50grain jsb 980fps easy with 60cc ext plenum.
Also, 34grain jsb in .25 ... 940fps 105bar valve almoust 3 lines with hamer 1.5mm close to max... and thtat is tuned down due accuracy ... max speed at that pressure is 980fps with valve 4 lines.
Pls check it and let me know how much cc of water you can fit in ...
