Hello rc4fun,

If you create a drawing in AutoCAD ( target drawing ) which would be dwg format, that drawing can be printed to 100%. You do not have to convert it to png or pdf, just print it to Full Scale. If you are printing on standard paper 8-1/2 x 11, then make your drawing Border 8.2" x 10.7" because this is the maximum "printable area" for standard paper.

Hello rc4fun

I am attaching a drawing that I created in AutoCAD designed to be printed on standard paper. Note the dimensions for the Border of the target which is less than 8.5" x 11". Everything within this drawing is drawn to exact scale and it will print out to exact scale. The attached is not to scale because I reduced it so that I could add the red wording. Hope this will help.
