Snowpeak PP750 or PP700

Years ago I had a PP750 in .22 with a longer 11" barrel (if I can recall correctly).
I now regret selling/trading it.
I would need to buy one again, but tinkering between the two models. Wes has some volume on pre-order.
I remember the PP750 out of box I had to refine that cocking and trigger mechanism.
Would be the PP700 any better=smoother?
I don't mind the single load .22 but I speculating the longer barrel may be more quiet?

I have a PP700 SA , moderator makes it more of a thump sound , lower pitch and quiet

I got both, and its pretty much a compilate tie on which one is the best, I also have the 10 inch full shroud barrel on my PP750 Never even shot the shorter 8inch ? oem barrel. Both my PP700 and 750 are pretty well limited to 30 -35 yards with Red dots on them,
yep, you need a muffler on them if your shooting a little power with them, both mine are in the high 700 FPS range with 15 gr pellets

Mike,
I have a reflex sight on my PP700SA and it is very accurate with the JSB 15gr pellet to about 50 meters. I have also ruined the day of many pigeons in trees at 100 meters. I do agree with your limited distance statement of any handgun for many reasons. That distance restriction has nothing to do with the PP700 specifically. The distance restriction applies to all hand guns.I find your statement about achieving 700+ fps interesting. My PP700 shoots just over 600fps with the pellet. However, I also get 40 shots out of one air charge to the 2.2MPA limit before the tank pressure reaches the 100 bar regulator pressure..
