power adjustment on FX streamline

of course we want more but it comes at a cost.i think i get the stripping out of the screw so that's not a problem.i wonder about hammer setting and not changing regulator setting.i looking to shoot heavier pellets and would like to keep the 880-890fps range...can that be done with the streamline with just hammer setting?

Probably not.

HS tension is most likely optimized for the reg pressure as it comes from the factory. 

Increasing HS tension without also increasing reg pressure will most likely result in lower velocity.

The SL has pretty good performance with 18gr JSB pellets.

I used the 15.89gr mostly though.

as bob said, i havent seen a best configuration on a streamline..... 880fps with 18.13gr jsbs´s

I've had HS put to max and the difference is considerable. Now i shoot JSB 25.39 gr at 955fps. accuracy has stayed the same. Talking about .25

Though when power setting is put to 1 accuracy is bad. POI moves up and down 1-1.5 inches
