Me monkeying with the FX chrony and a cheap camera tripod that was lying around the house. That stack of rare earth magnets make a connection strong enough that I can pick up the tripod by the chronograph. I don't think that is going to buy me much, though. The chrony really wants to be by the barrel (see straps) and drops a lot of shots if it isn't.

I mentioned this in the FX Archery Chronograph thread: that big nasty scratch by the fill port cap was caused by yours truly moving the chrony around. I had to go back to Amazon to get the plastic buckles.
