I returned a defective rifle to Pyramyd Air. After a few weeks of them receiving the rifle, and me not receiving the refund, I tried to contact them by phone (they never answered) and over several emails. I only got generic responses. I know that they are behind and dealing with reduced staff - but a month with no refund, AND not responding to my inquiries of when a refund might be issued??? This was ridiculous. After a month passed, I contacted my credit card company and had them reverse the charge. I won't be buying anything other than small items from PA from now on. It's too bad because they used to have really good customer service.
