FX Polish the barrel

New DRS should be delivered today, should I polish the barrel before shootin?
Has anyone done this and if so does it help accuracy?
I don’t want to ruin anew barrel.

If you have done the process previous, have the correct tools, lapping compound & technique figured out ... YES

If just reading about on the web figuring you would give it a go blindly hoping for good result ? ... No

Bare minumim clean it before you shoot it.

I would just use a pull through to take any packaging grease out and then put a couple of hundred shots through to line the barrel
