POI changing everyday on M3 .30 cal using hybrids???????

I have been fighting what i thought was my poi changing everyday at 100 yards. Sight in all good, next day group is left. sight in again then next day group is to the right.

Then i got a wind meter. What i thought was zero wind is 3-4 mph wind. At my house it always blows from rt to left across my range. I can't believe how much it moves the slug at 100 yards.

do anyone use a permanent digital wind meter at their range that they can read direction and speed from in their house?

Could be your gun and scope being varying temperatures when you shoot from day to day (cold morning shooting vs. warm afternoon shooting).

It’s an Airgun not a centerfire, get used to it.

Bottom line! You just learned a very important part of this game. Second, always recheck your zero and start being a student of wind. You will shoot way better and miss way less Great topic! Oh sorry, to answer your question, For me? No! I don’t trust wind. I do trust what I see and hopefully understanding the why’s in what I see.
