POI change after eye surgery

I have worn glasses or contacts for pretty much my entire life. This past Thursday, I finally had vision correction surgery. I got Visian Implantable Collamer Lens in both eyes. The change is unbelievable. I see better now than I ever did with glasses or contacts. However, I took the Wolverine B Hilite out this afternoon and noticed that the POI had changed ever so slightly low-left. It has been at the same zero since I mounted the scope (FX 6-18 x 44IR/SF). I was wondering if anybody else had corrective vision surgery and encountered a shift in POI. The Visian lens is basically a contact that is implanted into the eye instead of being placed on top. Even though the difference is a few millimeters, I wonder if it is enough to cause the POI shift. If anyone out there in AGN has had something similar happen, share your story here. Of course, the other option is that it is all in my head. I hope not. Thanks.
