PLUCK & PULL FOAM?

@Gerry52 if you want ZERO movement as you said, then get the thick solid foam from these guys and cut the pattern out yourself, it will look and hold better than pluck and pull foam:

Then trace the outline of what you want in the case with a Sharpie marking pen and cut it out with this cutter.

Or use an electronic meat carving knife. I used a new $15.00 electric meat carving knife to cut the foam in my case and it worked perfectly. Though there is likely one sitting in a drawer in the kitchen not being used. There's a lot of videos of the process on YouTube, searching "cutting foam cases". The one rule to cutting foam with a meat carver is to not push the carving knife into the cut too hard. You let the knife oscillate and cut at it's pace, you just move it slow and steady along the traced line.

Just did my Uragan in the Plano. A bit tedious since I didn’t want to overly enlarge the hole. I went one little square of foam smaller all the way around initially, then could see where I needed to pluck the final pieces out. Mine is still a bit tight in some places but am going to leave it that way for a few uses and decide if the few remaining tight spots actually need to be removed or not.
