Skout should indeed be very focussed on service and customer care.
I dont know about others, but personally i would bypass a brand even if they had a good product, but have bad or no customer care and communication.
And when the letter is missing in this day and age when it is so easy to communicate,,,, i find that a bit suspicious.
As it is now skout having sold 0 air guns, i think we would have to turn to the paintballing crowd to know how the company handle itself.
