Please help

So after much time I have come to a semi-conclusion and I want help. Here are a few spring break barrels that I am thinking about getting, but I can only get one:

1. Hatsan mod 95

Reasons for: Love the stock, some people say it is accurate, same with fps, made in turkey (might be a minus though), good materials, tons and tons of great reviews

Reasons against: Some people say it is totally inaccurate with all pellets, hatsan quality control stinks (to them), hard springer, really hard on scopes, trigger is apparently heavy (yay Quattro)

Price: 159.99

2. Crosman Vantage, no scope

Reasons for: Less reviews that it sucks, not bad quality control (to them), made in USA 🇺🇸, nitro piston

Reasons against: People say the stock is terrible, as always some people say it is totally not accurate and that cross man has terrible quality control, suspicious price

Price: 99.99

3. Diana 250

Reasons for: Diana quality, has a scope saving mount (Diana bullseye ZR)

Reasons against: Made in China, people claim for it to be totally inaccurate and basically “not a Diana”

Price: Ref. for 169.99

What will I use these for? Well I’ll use them for a few things. First, to hunt small game to around 25yrds. Second, to target shoot to 75 yards (50 yards generally), and lastly, to not break and for it to have good quality control, have a nice feel, ok trigger, and most of all make it have great accuracy.

Thanks,

Antoni

... i have never tried a diana 250 , but that's what i would try . ive been wanting to try one just to see why diana has put it's name on a chinese break barrel - and i wanna check this sliding scope mount out, scope looks decent too)... i have had more than one each of the other two and these are not very nice.....the crosman quest , or vantage has chinese barrel. that crosman is basically a clone of a gamo 440... those turkish hatsan model 95's are really crude and bulky and heavy - i never kept any of those model 95's. you may think it strange to see a gun drop from $159 to $99 , but it happens all the time (even with that hatsan). .....o..... seems like the previous diana 250 combo was a regular stock. i dont remember seeing this thumbhole stock . i dont like thumbhole stocks. if you can get that crosman vantage or quest in .22 , that may be the best way to go ..... you can order one on crosman website for $105 in .22.....you can our %25 off coupon code ( its something like "agnation25" or something , but find out, or watch for the banner to scroll atop the home page and click that ). --- plus --- i think they have a 3yr warranty on these now. and parts are cheap and easy to get if you should need that. if you have any problems , crosman is the best in customer service. they'll make you happy. ....just a thought, but maybe since the vantage is a domestic product, it can be sold cheaper. the turkish and chinese ones probably have tarrifs and fees aded into the end price. maybe that helps. - cheers - paul . -ps: i think crosman even has one night when you order online - and it's free shipping...

Yeah I think I’ll go with the Crosman. Made in USA, good customer service so if I don’t get a new one I can replace it, and it would allow me to get a hawke 4x32 scope and fit in my budget.

Thanks!

One thing I do is to look at the weight, I like lighter..another thing is,I would only buy a springer that I can "tune" like adjust trigger and later down the road be to install a "custom spring and tune kit .....

What you want is to forget those pellet guns that SHOT OVER 950FPS...Why,because they are harder to shot and may frustrate you,or maybe not....Years ago I got a English made Tomahawk, great rifle, butt I did not need the power so I had Jim M .make up a spring for that rifle that would give me around 14lbs of power..which made a better shooting rifle for me...less power= easier to shot and a longer life for the scope...and still powerful enough for small game.
