Please help a tank dummy.

I have little scba tank knowledge. I bought a drager dot cert tank with a 347 valve in it. I bought a fill adapter to fill my gun but I have a cpl questions about refilling the bottle itself. The first question is should a dive shop have the necessary adapter to hook to the 347 valve to refill it? Second question is what would I need to buy to fill the bottle back up with my own compressor?

I will try to link the fill adapter I bought to fill my gun from this tank.

347 (sometimes called a firehouse thread)

is standard scba fitting,

your local fire stations can fill it without using any adapters.

also,

sometimes you can pick up an extra tank for nothing or next to nothing,

i always ask the station thats doing my fill if they have any tanks they are getting rid of they they would fill.

ive snagged a few this way, some were free some were a $20 donation, either way its cheaper than buying new tanks lol

I will be filling at a dive shop so hopefully they will have the necessary equipment like Elwood said. I guess I will just call them. In doing more research I see there is an adapter for the 347 that converts it to same valve as on dive tanks. Maybe I will need that.
