Yes, the regulator creeps a little. Mine is only going 50 to maybe 100 psi, but enough that you need a little more hammer spring to overcome the pressure. Takes an hour or a little more to get there.
I think you should take the cap off and pull you hammer spring guide out, shorten the larger end by about half. You'll gain about 2 turns of thread engagement on the cap which is two turns stronger. 10 turns out doesn't leave a lot of engagement.
From your chart it looks like I could do a little more work and boost the power slightly while still getting 10 shots. Maybe after I see what lighter weights are doing.
