It's all legit. I've ordered from them before and my IQ went up by at least 10 points, I can print MOA groups offhand at 100 yards with a Red Ryder and my willie grew about 3 inches! Amazing stuff. 
In all honesty, really is annoying and I cant imagine that the juice is worth the squeeze for them to spam. Have to think it's just not an effective marketing strategy.
