Pigeons and Trout

I like to combine shooting at my permissions with trout fishing at the creek by them. Got 5 nice eaters for lunch and 3 pigeons of which I recovered 2. Left them for the cats. This impact mk2 is such an awesome platform. Shooting JSB KNOCKOUTS at 950 in a slug A liner and a Helix scope SFP. On the third pigeon I could only see his head at 65 yards and dropped him like a rock. Fun morning. Dropped 11 pigeons in the last week. The pic with the birds and trout was from last Friday.

When I’ve done that with shotguns, we called it “Cast and Blast”. Not sure of a good name for it with air rifle but whatever you call it, it’s fun!
