I would like to add a laser to my Steel Eagle but the scope, but due to spacing isdurs, I was wondering if raising the scope using picztinny raised would decrease accuracy, or have any cons of doing so. Thanks much !
It will not be a problem if scope height is not too excessive and scope and barrel are completely aligned with each other and you do not cant your rifle when aiming.
Accuracy is in the barrel and the consistent function of the gun. Scope height has nothing to do with inherent accuracy. If you are able to make effective use of extremely high rings is another issue altogether.
Height above the bore affects the vertical aiming point for different distances.
