Made an order yesterday and was pretty impressed with the whole process, ESPECIALLY the time frame.
08/25 @ 1053 = clicked "submit" on the Penchetta website
08/25 @ 1054 = received order confirmation email
08/25 @ 1537 = received email that order status changed (from "received" to "shipped") Tracking #, as a functional link, was provided in this email
08/26 @ 1404 = received notice that package had been delivered to my front door/porch
Some of it is just the fact that I only live a few hours away from Tony's physical location, but pretty stinking cool to have it delivered to my house about 27hrs after submitting the order. I do believe that's the fastest delivery I've had, throughout all this airgunning addiction, for the last 12 years.
I've been in his shop at the previous location a few times, and know him from his activity in the competitive shooting events here in AZ. Cool guy and awesome service on this first online order that I've done with him.
Now I'm excited to get home from work at 2130 tonight and check out what he sent me!
