I have a Crosman Mag Fire in .22 and shoot Crosman Piranha pellets. I purchased some JSB match Diabolo for my new HW110. I am still waiting for a fitting to try it out. I thought I would try the Diabolo in the Crosman. I have a pizza box for a target and these pellets could not even hit the target at 10 yards. What gives ????

JSB Match are basically the gold standard, universally "good pellet". I don't think I have a single gun that doesn't at least shoot them well enough. Piranhas on the other hand have never worked well in any of my guns....
Did you rezero your scope after switching pellets. Different pellets, even with similar weights, can have VASTLY different POI.

I did not rezero the scope, I didn't think it would be required, are they that different !!

Yes! Sort of. Different pellets, even the same weight, can shoot VERY differently out of the same gun. In MY experience the Pirhana is one of the worst I've ever tried! Surprising your gun (or any) shoots them well.

I guess I am lucky, pellet choice around me is not to good. Thanks for the offer Scotty but shipping to here would probably be more expensive than buying them.

Walmart often has the Crosman hollow points, they are a decent pellet, and much better than the Piranhas for most.
