pellet/slug suggestion-Brocok Sniper XR Mag

Without beating my head on the wall doing a search, for those with the Brocock Sniper, for your rifles, what are some pellets/slugs that you hsve found that work pretty well.

I'm a new owner, and will be testing the different ones, but any info is helpful.

I have a Sniper XR standard in .22. It shoots most stuff pretty well. For slugs mine really likes the Daystate Howlers 20.3 gr. That’s my long range ammo for outdoor hunting (to about 120 yards). For backyard pesting I’ve found, to my surprise, that it likes the Benjamin Destroyers 14.3 gr best.

I tried the Howlers, but only at 20 yards at this point.

They didn't group real well at that range, but will push it out to check again.



The ones that did were the H&N .217, 21Gr, Jumbo Heavies and Monsters, and the Hades.

My .22 Bantam HR does really well with JSB Exact Jumbo 18s, easy dime sized groups at 40 yards. Yours being a HP model, give the JSB Exact Jumbo Monster Redesigned 25.39s a try. Seems like they would do well in your gun.

For magnum version i also think this is the pellet of choice.

AA 18’s are the most accurate in mine.
