My older Webley Scott Tempest probably doesn’t have enough pressure to fix a slightly bent skirt. But I’m really not getting any flyers that I can blame on a skirt. I don’t shoot for grouping, just long range pests.
Welcome to the AGN! I give the pellets a once-over while I'm shooting and put the rejects into an old cat food tin. Then I use those for close range zeroing, velocity tests and such. I think bent skirts ge fixed in a springer but ragged skirts will fly funny.
