The same one I use to weigh gunpowder:
P.A.C.T. 1500 grain scale.

Lyman makes some good ones, too.

I have been using a Smart Weight gem20, it has a 20 gram capacity
I use mine for weighing medicine but it would works for pellets

I use a gemini 20, I have weird one pellet 10 times are it has always been .02gn of each weight. Frankly .0X of a gn is not worth the sorting effort, I sort to .1gn. You can sort to perfect match then head size and visual if you want to be that OCD about it. Frankly for me weightin pellets is just enough OCD for me.
