What has everyone's experience been ordering through Field Supply? Are pellets packed ok? They are pretty competitive on H&N pellets.

I am waiting to get my first order. Tell you what though: avoid Midway. They sent loose tins in an unpadded plastic shipping bag via UPD. Totally bashed up tins just banging around in a bag. And their feedback form and chat functions are broken. Midway sucks.

Packing is hit or miss. But they will replace damaged tins without much question.or give you credit.

Mine were packed well although not the black foam PA uses. If you sign up for their newsletter ot be emailed to you you will get some great sale notifications.

Ordered 10 tins of .30 Vortex pellets about a year ago. No problems, well packed, fast delivery. Hope you find it the same.

Haven’t tried Field Supply yet.

Hard to imagine 3 tins tossed in a bubble mailer would end up damaged? What a joke!

I’ve bought from midway for 25 years or more. Never a problem. BUT they are not an air gun specialty store. They probably are not aware of the problem .

I've moved on from buying pellets at PA to buying from Trenier. Their standard price is cheaper than the PA 3 for 4 deal and pellets are very well packed.

Never had any issues with Field Supply or their sister store Wing Supply...not packed PA/AGD style, but still packed well and I've never gotten a bad tin.
Midway?? I got the padded envelope with 4 loose tins bouncing around in it. They got 4 dented to snot tins back packed in PA pellet foam with a letter saying they should ship theirs that way. Also sent Mr Larry Potterfield himself an email with pics of the tins, pics of how I was returning them and asking him to consider Midway shipping that way. I got ignored and never did get a reply. Midway is very well aware, they just don't care.
Trenier is my go to for anything JSB, H&N or Air Arms. Jeff packs very well, has great prices and the best Customer Service, bar none.
If you want Predator Polymags, go to the Dent Archives at Predator and don't let the "Dent" part scare you away. I've ordered plenty from them and they've lived up to Predator saying the only thing wrong with them is off center labels and why they sell those tins through their "Dent" section.

I've also ordered from Airguns of Arizona. They have lower prices on a lot of things, a Buy 4 get the 5th free on JSB and pack well. I'll suggest calling them to order rather than just an online order and asking them to ship in a USPS flat rate box. You'll save a bunch on shipping.

Yeah Midway probably isn’t aware of that issue. Being a gun store and all. Toys are a little out of their specialty

I'm in the middle with my Field supply pellets .Theye were wrapped in 1 wrap of bubble wrap and stuck in a box with an air pillow which popped in transit. Tins were dented but not badly. Great price on the H&Ns!
