Pellet drop

I have been having a lot of trouble determining pellet drop at about 100 yards and the main reason being that my mildot scope has been lost and I have to deal with a centerpoint 4x32 scope until I get me another one. I wanted to know if there is any way to calculate pellet drop with a centerpoint? Thanks

If you know your drop in inches using a ballistic calculator or just test shoot and then know the size of your target you can do an approximate holdover by judging inches but it is not very precise. That is your best chance I feel but can you even shoot out to 100 yards with only 4x magnification.
