I've updated the Canadian Bull target I used to use for comparing pellets. This one has some additional "features".
The circles on it are Half-Dollar, Quarter and Dime sized. The grid is 1 cm x 1 cm which makes computing mils easier. There are six instead of four bulls.

EDIT: It appears that there may be a scaling error with this PDF. I will have a look at that and make whatever changes are necessary. I'll fix the link sometime this afternoon.
EDIT2: There is no scaling error. When you print it make sure the option to print it at actual size is selected.
