Tuning Peek valve seat

Hi, i am looking to replace the valve seat in my bullboss because after 5 years of heavy use it is leaking. I would like to use a peek plastic valve seat as the gun is ported to .184 . Does anyone on the forum make these or know where I can purchase one? I do not have the tools needed to make one myself.

Doubt anybody will want to do this without having the valve or gun in hand

I’ve got a couple BT65 valve seats bumping around.

but the only ones I got for at44 are oem 

I believe the bull boss is at44

It lasted 5 years getting heavy use and it ain't that hard to replace, and If I remember correctly, it is flip-able. A Hatsan replacement will be cheaper than a custom machinist, unless some one wants to donate their time and has peek material on hand, just my dumb butt opinion.

but I do understand your desire for a peek seat. Peek is a little harder to get to seal also, compared to delrin

The peek valve seat is the last piece I need to get to most power out of this rifle. If I can not find one I will buy some peek and find a local machine shop.
