I feel like I'm at a 10-step AAA meeting:

"Hi. My name is Matthias. I'm an airgun addict. Let me tell you my story: ....."

For those of us who don't know AAA = Airgun Addicts Anonymous

Carry on.
I have to get back to finishing my order for the next airgun.

I can stop buying airguns any time I want.
I just don't want to.

Now leave me alone!!

Mine started with an impulse buy when wandering through Academy, I saw an Umarex Origin .22. Less than $300 with a hand pump, so it came home with me
Hook set so next was an Airforce TalonP in .25. I bought it to deal with pests but the fun factor was high.
Next was RTI Prophet Performance with .22LR barrel, but later I picked up a .25 RPB.

Thats it for now, but I fear a Mora is calling my name.

1. Benjamin Marauder Pistol.- I really enjoy the pistol due to aftermarket support for tuning and accessories back in the days. Favorite mod is the BStaley O-ring mod in pistol form with 55 shots of 14.66 grain at 375 fps for indoor garage shooting fun. (Still Own)

2. Kalibrgun Argus 60 .22 - First premium airgun. Bought it because I love the unique design. Shooting moa groups at 75 yards with 25 grain out of the box. Its a good gun, built like a tank but everything about it is difficult to adjust. This is when I'm starting to take mental note of what I want for future guns in terms of ease of adjustments (Traded in)

3. Kalibrgun Cricket 2 Tactical 60 .22 - Bought my second Kalibrgun but it came dead on arrival. The magazine won't index and needed 3 hands to load the magazine. (Returned)

4. Kalibrgun Cricket 2 Tactical 70 WST .22 - Decided to give Kalibrgun another try, but this is just a bad gun overall. The bottle was not straight or the barrel was not straight and can't group even at 25 yards. Decided to look into the barrel with the borescope and to my surprise, the interior of the barrel is all rusted out! I really liked the Kalibrgun brand due to the Argus but these two past experiences left a bad taste in my mouth. (Returned)

5. Taipan Veteran II Tac 550mm .22 - After the initial cocking and trigger issue which is not uncommon for this gun after research, the gun is wonderful. Mouse fart quiet, laser accurate, no air leakage issues. The gun definitely punch above its price point. I do think people over hyped the trigger though, or maybe I need to spend more time adjusting... Solid gun and would recommend to anybody who like bullpups. (Still Own)

6. Daystate Black Wolf Laminate 23in Barrel .22 - Always wanted a Daystate but not into electronic guns. When they announced the all mechanical rifle Black Wolf, it got my attention. Bought this gun because it checks all the boxes for me. Externally adjustible regulator, but needed to air out all the air before adjusting to lower pressure level which is somewhat an inconvience. Externally adjustable power wheel with various power springs to play with. Interchangable barrels, though I don't have different caliber barrel to play with yet. And I love the trigger. Overall, it's a quality package with 5 years warranty. AOA service department is awesome, took care of all my needs when it comes to this gun. (Still Own)

● It uh, progressed dramatically.

Yeah, there are a few other terms that bid to bubble forth from just beyond the subconscious level:

● It progressed catastrophically
● It progressed ruining my savings
● It progressed beyond reason and rationality
● At first, it progressed unnoticeably... — until it progressed unstoppably! 😱

Any resemblance to actual persons, myself included, is purely coincidential.
