I’m looking for baffles to fit in a 1” shroud. Shroud ID is .83” Does anyone out there make baffles at or close to those dimensions?

Perhaps you can get someone with a 3D printer to print them out for you. Sorry, that's all I have because I don't even know what the dimensions are of my Fortitude baffles. (smile)

Use your imagination.
I made one using three RC car spur gears, springs and three pieces of all thread, from the local hobby shop for my BP17.
The "silencer", from the factory is just a big open can, and not all that quiet. So, I messed around trying to figure out a different method. The "moving wall" thought was my third attempt. It works pretty well. Quieter than most of my guns, not as quiet as a couple of my guns.

I have done some experimenting and had some success. Because of the small diameter I wanted to give pre-fab baffles with a spring a try. There are a lot of baffles out there and hoped someone could give me some dimensions and find what I needed.

Yes it is. I am using a 20” barrel with the performance shroud. So there is close to 6” from end of barrel to end of shroud. The diameter isn’t ideal but I am hoping to quiet it down enough to not use a bolt on. I do not like the look of guns with add on suppressor.

Me too, 20” barrel, long shroud. I just ordered some marauder baffles and will give that a shot, but I don’t really expect great results…..we shall see.

I read that they are slightly too small, which is better than too big. I’ll let you know how it goes.

You want an STL file of the ones I put in mine? I had made them for a Hatsan which was 21.6mm ID. Work great to deaden the sound. Mine is backyard friendly shooting CPHP's at 950fps without any additional moderation.

Files sent. I love making 3D stuff, but ever since COVID my Library has been closed so I have no where to print.
Here is a hodge podge of stuff I've designed for shrouds. They work surprisingly well, especially for the cost. I've put them in an Urban, Logun Solo, Brocock Compatto, several Hatsan's, Crosman and not sure how many others. Now my RTI too
