PCP Airgun barrel cleaning

I recently noticed my P35-22 and my 22 caliber bullshark have a different preference for cleaning. When the accuracy of the bullshark started to go down I cleaned it and immediately the accuracy improved. So when the P35 gave me a score I did not like I cleaned it. It took 20 shots for the accuracy to come back. A clue for how they would react may have been the number of patches (wetted with ballistol) that it took before they came out clean. The bullshark needed at least 10. The P35 was clean after 3 or 4. But the P35 has pretty much never wanted to be cleaned. I don't think the bullshark has seen as many shots but it may always want more cleaning than the P35. These guns are both about equally accurate (as in Very).
