Patch Worm 20/20 Concepts “Outstanding Customer Service”

The little stopper, that retains the cleaning buttons on my Patch Worm pull through, came off. I contacted 20/20 Concepts via the “contact us“ option on their website and asked “what would be the best way to reattach it”? In less than 24 hrs. George had responded to my inquiry and said he would send me out a replacement as there wasn’t really a good option to repair it. WOW! That my fellow members is exemplary customer service; something that seems to be severely lacking in todays world.

It also happened to me but I just burned and melted the end. Oh, and I also bought another kit lol. It's good to know they'll take care of you though.
