Pard nv007a on helos 2-12x42 not a good combo!

So I finally fitted the pard to my scope last night, and tried it out. Daytime footage is fantastic, but at night, the factory IR is doing nothing for me. I’m wondering if the 42mm objective is just not giving enough light transmission theough the scope.

What range and objects, also , are you finding it useless across the IRs focus range.

Sounds disappointing, to say the least.

Less than 35yds, and yes, I tried focusing it and it did norhing

You probably have a problem there, I have the Pard NV007 and I got great view @ 200 meters 

Sometimes is the IR, other is the hight of the elevation turret (that avoid the IR to go much further) check for videos here https://www.instagram.com/airguns_edosan/ most are made with pard, this one was @ about 150meters https://www.instagram.com/p/B3CAJscAWRH/

I have nothing but good experience with my Pard, the software / editor sucks! but works.

Well, you just hit the nail on the head. I’m a dumbass!, the Ir is right in the line of sight of my scope cap! DOH!
