I have a Hawke Airmax 8-32x50 scope. The adjustment of the parallax to where the reticle has the least amount of movement is not the same place as when it's adjusted for the target being most clearly in focus. Anything to do about this?
That is usually something to expect when purchasing a scope. What you can do is get a known distance turn the parelex nob until its clear then put a piece of colored tape around the parelax nob mark it on the tape and write down the range. Once you do that just keep getting known distances and mark it then you can range with your parelex nob.
