FX Panther 700 25 cal- Puff Air out of Right Side Port on shot

Panther 700 25 cal- Puff Air out of Right Side Port on Taking a Shot:

I noticed today at the range that on taking a shot My P700. The right side port or hole below loading bay will have a nice puff with taking a shot.

This is not normal because my P700 22 cal dose not have this on taking a shot.

The valve is located close to this but seems a bad seal with valve movement? FX USA was always busy today ... not helpful.

Any opinions or experiences?

The lower port or hole

This seems to be very similar to the hole in the same location on the Crown. On the Crown this hole allows you to see the head of the valve pin. If you look at the Panthera schematic Figure X1 shows the valve assembly. The most likely culprit for the leak is the o-ring identified as part number 8. This is a 3.5x1 NBR 70 ring that seals the valve pin in the barrel side of the transfer port. Should be easy to replace.
