Went to the panhandle this past weekend to try to pop some prairie dogs and rabbits. I've never shot at these distances or in this kind of wind before. Was a great learning experience. shots were between 50-150yrds with my longest confirmed kill being 143yrds. .25 FX hybrids at about 930fps.

Looks like great fun. I have been toying with the idea of a trip to Wyoming for prairie dogs.

Yup. I'm a licensed falconer and have been flying my hawks on cottontails and jackrabbits out there for years, but needed something to do this summer so made a trip out there to see how many prairie dogs I could get.
