We truly apologize for the unsatisfactory product you received. When we spoke over the phone we had discussed that if the product received was in fact defective we would give you a full refund no questions asked, if not we had to charge the 20% restocking fee and non refundable shipping costs, for a used product return. When we received the product and tested the function, we were not able to replicate the inconsistency that you mentioned when compared to our other equipment. Since this was what you asked us to do we believed that we sufficiently corrected our mistake. Now that we see you are still unhappy with the result we would like to go the extra step to make you happy. We have refunded the remaining balance including the shipping costs.
